Dr. Mitesh is very passionate about helping his patients, it is clear from very first interaction. He is a natural at making you talk and takes effort to understand your problems and mental state and then suggesting solutions. Finding a therapist who you feel really understands you is difficult, and I have been really happy with the results. I continue to visit him even now, talking with him and getting his insights helps me understand myself better.

I had gone to Mr. Mitesh due to the anxiety and stress I was feeling. The same was also hampering my studies and concentration, making me worry even more.

A few sessions with him, and I was back to my normal self, or even more. The amount of interest and involvement he puts in for a patient is unbelievable, and it is amazing how his counselling and hypnotherapy brings about such a change. My brother was suffering from Severe OCD & Depression for few years. Dr Mitesh has helped him in every possible way to come out of the mental pain he was going through. There was a remarkable recovery soon after only few visits to the clinic, that included Aura cleansing by crystal therapy, and counselling sessions. Every session made him even better. I am 30 years old and in recent years I have found it really hard to deal with stress and accepting the things happening in my life. Mitesh sir and his team were absolutely amazing since day 1. The reason I thought of joining yoga was to get rid of my back pain. The very first day I had explained my problem to mitesh sir and he listened to it carefully providing proper yoga plan for getting relief from back pain.
