Ms. Monisha Sharma

I consulted Monisha Sharma after a General Practitioner recommended that I speak with a psychologist when I sleep issues couldn’t be resolved with the traditional home remedies. I had a great experience right off the bat with Ms. Sharma. She’s the most non-judgmental person I’ve spoken with and a thorough professional. A few sessions and we established that my sleep was disturbed as I was suffering from depression. I’ve been consulting for the past few months and am now finally as cheerful as I used to be without the help of any medications to rid myself of the depression. My family and dogs will testify to this change in me to becoming myself after a few years. I’d recommend anyone who wants a therapist session without judgment and unabashed counseling to Ms. Sharma.
