I was suffering from shoulder pain and stiffness since 1 and half year. Been to many Orthopaedics and physiotherapy clinics but my condition did not improve rather it worsen. I had to undergo shoulder surgery which made my shoulder even more stiffer. Post surgery I was hesitant to visit physiotherapy clinics since I could not recover from any of the previous therapies. With no hope and pressure from family I visited Dr.Mahesh for shoulder rehabilitation. I started noticing improvement in the shoulder movement. At the end of 2months of treatment my shoulder pain and restriction was drastically improved. Since then I visit Dr. Mahesh for other conditions. Clinic is well equipped and well maintained, covid protocol is strictly followed. He has a excellent team of physios. I highly recommend Dr. Mahesh for physiotherapy.

Dr. Mariam is very friendly and patient. She explained the exercises well and the followed up on if I was doing them correctly. She clarified some of my doubts too. Overall good experience with Dr. Mariam.
