My day1 in spinenova started with no ability of sitting or standing for even a minute but after 10 physio sessions done by Mr Sanjeev, I am able to sit and walk for more than an hour.

Overall the experience was good, except for the pricing model and the package-based treatment approach. The treatment plans seemed to be structured like predefined packages rather than being tailored to the patient’s specific condition.

Ideally, treatment should be based on individual needs. For example, if a condition only requires two days of physiotherapy followed by guided exercises, it should be handled that way rather than encouraging patients to take a 6- or 10-day package. This approach gives the impression that packages are being pushed primarily for revenue.

Additionally, exercises are usually provided only towards the end of the package, even when they could be introduced earlier in the treatment.
