I came across Lyn through another doctor's reference, who I discovered on Practo itself. My experience with Lyn in the past one year has been nothing short of extraordinary.

When I visited her for the first time, I was full of anxiety, & at an early stage of depression, circling around existential & quarter-life crises. I was lost & confused about entering the post 25 year stage of my life. I had no clue as to how to navigate through the challenges that an urbane dwelling throws at a young, sensitive & not-so strong girl.

Lyn not only helped me discover my issues, but also assisted me in accepting them, tackling them & finally incubating her inputs successfully over time. There are times I wish that my sessions are longer... It's mainly because the more time I get to express my head space, the better she can put it all into perspective. She once told me how her job is to present the 360 degree view or a holistic picture to me, so that I stop being hard on myself & get a better grasp of the situation at hand. This strategy has helped me raise my emotional quotient & resilience, in all life situations.

I also learned mindfulness meditation from Lyn. I am proud to say that I have been cured of depression, I have lesser anxiety, I am able to process my thoughts in a much better way & I am able to even help others' in need. I'd recommend Lyn to anyone looking for help!:)

Her warm personality drew me to her instantly and made me feel comfortable. She’s been very patient and I can vouch for that since I can be quite difficult from time to time. Her approach made me address my issues on a deeper level and I definitely feel a lot of improvement since I first met with her. Lyn puts in the time and effort into understanding the person and it clearly shows in the way she establishes her relationship with them. Although in theory it’s said that therapists don’t judge but Lyn truly creates a no judgement zone as you enter her room. She’s made the therapy a two way communication platform that always makes me feel comfortable to share anything. She deals with sensitive issues with a lot of compassion and care. The therapy in itself reflects a bit of her personality, by which I mean to say she puts herself into it. She’s able to put herself into one’s shoes and understand things from the other person’s perspective but is also objective at the same time. She always prioritises the client/patient’s safety above anything else. It’s no exaggeration when I say she’s truly brought in a significant change in my life. I’d recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat.

Lyn is fluent in english , communicates well, very effecient, very effective,friendly, always by the side of her patients and very professional. My experience with her has been impeccable and i'm happy to say I am free of the issues I came to her with. She helped with my understanding of self, understanding of my disease, was able to guide me to appropriate professionals when necessary . She taught me highly effective skills to improve my time management , stress, and most importantly.., was there for me during my HARDEST of times. She is passionate about the field and will do wonders for your problems. I STRONGLY recommend Lyn as your psychologist ultimately because she is competent, passionate, talented, friendly and effective.. . and after having tried sessions with her you will know why I am able to write so confidently about her.

I was very happy with the therapy sessions. I was not sure of how the sessions would go and was very apprehensive at the beginning about counseling. It was a great journey to be precise. There were lot of learning that happened for me. And it was the most simplest aspect of my life that i had learning about. I was able to understand that lot of things are not the way it seems that is like seeing life in terms of huge problem and that it can be simple too. It is difficult for me as a person to share things with people, and i was able to share. I found the space where i could open up and felt that i will not be judged based on that. The sharing that happened was real and natural. I didn't have to think twice about it. I always felt that i can easily share things without any hesitation. Another very important thing i liked about the therapist is that there is a lot of respect that you are given, in terms of your space and you as an individual. That was a great thing for me. I also learnt the actual meaning of being oneself and there is nothing wrong to be that. It was very difficult for me to identify myself but the experience with my therapist changed all that. All in all i am just very grateful to my therapist for this journey that i had in helping me discovering myself. I don't know how to be thankful enough and i also don't know how to express my gratitude but all i can say is Thank You very much for everything.
