Empathy has been a guiding force in her life. She has always felt a natural inclination toward understanding and helping others heal. Her academic journey began with a strong foundation in science and technology—she graduated in Electronics and Communication Engineering and went on to enjoy a corporate career.
After a meaningful career break, she felt called to pursue her true passion: supporting emotional well-being and personal growth. She obtained her Diploma in Counseling Skills from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, and later earned her Master’s degree in Psychology, beginning her path as a Counseling Psychologist.
To deepen her expertise, she pursued certifications in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Couples Counseling. She also believes in exploring authentic and effective healing modalities from diverse traditions. This openness led her to become attuned to the First Degree in Reiki Natural Healing and achieve the Master Practitioner level in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Her work is grounded in humanistic principles—self-actualization, client-centeredness, and a holistic perspective on each individual. She believes every person has the capacity to grow, understand themselves deeply, and move toward their full potential. Her role is to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients can explore their feelings, build self-awareness, and make choices aligned with their authentic selves.
