I feel very grateful to Inspiron and Lenora for changing my life completely. I had reached a point in my life where I couldn't see any future, my relationships were spoilt and doing normal daily chores had become very difficult for me. That is when my husband found Inspiron and we went there asking for help and Lenora was assigned as my therapist. Lenora's therapy has helped me a lot. She is really good. She tried to identify and address the problems at the root and instead of giving solutions for every situation herself, she has enabled me to do so myself. She has changed my perspective towards life and now I am very happy, positive and confident and able to deal with all situations without affecting my mental health. I came to Lenora as a person confused and a little scared about therapy and she was more than just welcoming. In time she has helped me not only analyse my thoughts, but to also align them when everything seemed too grave and difficult. She has helped pull out knots in my head to show me an already clear picture. A way of thinking I thought wouldn't be possible to achieve. I still am a regular client and saying that I appreciate or thank her for everything she had helped me with would be a great understatement.
