She has a friendly and open minded demeanor that creates an easy non judgmental environment to share. Helped me sort out not only the surface level issues but also dig deep and examine my thoughts and actions to understand myself and then move forward with that assessment in mind. Provided proper explanation for all procedures and helped make way for me to voice my concerns that we then accomodated for. Therapy also involved certain enaging games and little tests to do the necessary in a fun way. Generally didn't feel like a chore, if anything I usually looked forward to appointments. Quite a few tough to handle revelations were invovled but they were made easier to both find and plan a fix for with the help. All in all a very positive experience that made me feel fully supported in this journey.

Lakshmi has the ability to truly connect with her patient and understand what might be the best way to help the patient feel at ease. She is also very knowledgeable and she cares about the patient's well-being more than anything else, which made me feel very reassured to be under her care. So, to me, she will always be my go-to therapist.

I usually have trouble opening up but with her I felt like I’d known her for years. She’s very understanding, empathetic encouraging and motivating. She organises fun activities during each session and when I left I was always more confident than when I came. She made my self esteem increase dramatically. No matter how small your problems are you can tell them to her and she won’t make you feel like they’re invalid. She’s an amazing therapist and human being.
