Mr. Krishna Keshar Sharma

Krishna is a gem. I have come across many therapist but the knowledge and way of dealing of Krishna is unparell. He makes difficult things so easy and gives such a logical and practical solution. I never thought I could achieve mental peace to this extent if it wasn't Krishna. Anyone going through any mental problem - he is the go to guy. Very very helpful and I will recommend everyone seeking mental help, go and have a session with him. Your time, energy and money will find it's worth completely.

I have worked with and known 7-8 therapists, but Krishna is leagues ahead of them. He doesn't just focus on my current issues and supporting me to resolve them for the moment, but prioritizes building long-term resilience in me. He is excellent in using meditation, mindfulness and hypnotherapy, which have helped me immensely. I have worked with therapists in Mumbai, Kolkata, Washington, D.C., and Krishna is the best I have come across.

I have been into ten sessions of weekly therapy from Krishna at Seraniti. I have benefited a lot over this period of time. He has followed Mindfulness techniques in therapy and has helped setup a daily activity schedule. I find Krishna to be persuasive, flexible and insightful into western and oriental Mindfulness techniques. I am trying to follow these techniques in my day to day life with his guidance.

I have not been very strict in enforcing all the techniques I have learnt from him. He has been very patient and understanding. I would want Krishna to be more vigilant into how deeply and efficiently the patient is inculcating the therapy into his life.

I see that he is very punctual and flexible in timings of sessions. There have been instances I have had sessions scheduled in the late afternoon and postponed them in morning on the same day. This shows his level of accommodability for his patient.

I look forward to benefit further from therapy from Krishna.

I have only been in therapy for a month, but I am happy to say it has helped me a lot already - Dr.Krishna is very approachable and logical in what he recommends.
