I had contacted Mr. Karthik for pain around upper back, shoulder blades, shoulder, and arms. Mr. Karthik gave a detailed ear to the history of the pain, and subsequent treatments. He suggested and applied trigger point release therapy, along with explanation of how the pain works, and how the trigger point release helps the pain. He also applied ultrasound, and advised on regular exercise to strengthen the muscles. Mr. Karthik is very well spoken and an excellent physiotherapist.
