Jini Gopinath is the founder and Chief Consultant of a Global Mental Health initiative called Mind Matters. He also works as the chief mentor to Insight Child Homecare Services and was previously the president of ISCEH, Indian Hypnosis Association. He has worked at multitude levels as a trainer, therapist, CEO coach and TA expert and believes in bringing the best out of each client he consults with.

The doctor was quite calm and friendly. He listened to me very patiently without making me anxious. He recommended CBT to me. His mindful breathing audio clip really helps. To be honest, I didn't find this experience new or different as I have tried this techniques before. So, I was looking for something different that would be more convincing. Nevertheless, it works even if it's the same thing again.
