Her areas of expertise include developmental and neurodevelopmental disorders, emotional and behavioural concerns, anxiety, depression, and family-related issues. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Motivational Enhancement Therapy (MET), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
