Frustrating experience ! I booked an appointment through this “ mind research foundation “ for Koramangala location. the hospital where she is supposed to visit refuses to acknowledge the org, let alone guide me to practice. I then wait for a few minutes to ask the org to confirm location and they said the doctor sits there and should be there. After a few mins I get a “WhatsApp” saying the doc has had an emergency, and would Not be able to see me in person. I understand medical emergencies can happen but the least this org could have done is sent a message to inform so I didn’t make this journey . such stress especially when I am already seeing her for mental issues. I am glad I didn’t trust someone for my care who doesn’t respect peoples time . Extremely stressed by this experience.

I liked doctor's patience of listening to my problem though I couldn't converse. But I wanted the doctor to counsell my friend who was the cause for the problem.

Being the first session, it wasn't very helpful. She did listen though and was empathetic. She did try to close the session in time even though there wasn't another patient was waiting outside but she wasn't too strict with time and was polite in asking us to leave.
