I provide therapy for children, adolescents and adults at Columbia Asia Referral Hospital, Rainbow Children’s Hospital and ReACH Psychiatry Clinics, Bangalore. .I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their highest potential. My area of expertise includes working with children and adolescents with special needs, behavioural problems and learning issues. I intensively works with students providing appropriate study strategies, time management skills and dealing with stress and anxiety related to their academics. My approach is to equip, coach, and empower parents and individuals to be powerful change agents within their family and lives.I have experience in psychological assessments and psychotherapy for a wide range of disorders. I provides parental guidance, counselling and individual therapy for children and adults. I uses my skills to assist patients in recognizing their strengths and overcoming their life barriers. Areas of expertise with children include aggression, impulsive-acting out, school problems, loss/grief, adoption, kids coping with parents’ divorce, trauma etc. Adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety and various mood related disorders. I also specialises in working with patients having depression and anxiety. I incorporates different therapeutic techniques that helps in resolving their problems pertaining to emotional, behavioural and social adjustments.I uitilize various behavioural therapies and integrate psychodynamic approaches in my work to help my clients. I also administer Neurofeedback Training to clients with issues in paying attention; Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation for mood issues; Relaxation Devices to help clients reduce their stress.
