My shoulder and knee pain has improved significantly since I started treatment at her clinic. I was mostly impressed by the range of exercises she has for all types of pains. She gives personal attention to each an every patient. She is very much approachable through phone. Also there is not much of waiting time if you have appointment. I would highly recommend her.

She patiently heard my concern and explained what could be the reasons for my pain and how I can overcome them. we started sessions and exercise. I could feel great difference within 4-5 sessions. it had been great experience and would definitely refer her.

When I went for physiotherapy, I couldn't walk properly at all. The treatment started with ultrasound and few easy exercises. Grishma is a very friendly doctor who listens patiently to all your problems and gives you the reason and solution for it in simple medical terms which you will understand. Apart from exercises, she will also give you that positivity and confidence which will heal you even more quickly. I strongly recommend her. Five stars to her.
