Being naturally short built and an active football athlete, I got to meet Geetha while still being in this visible confusion as to how to really reduce my weight. However, she was re-assuring and confident that I could achieve my weight loss goals. Having studied my eating patterns and body composition, she came to a very important conclusion as to how my diet could turn out to be the game-changer. Accordingly, she formulated a tailored diet plan according to my daily physical activity and explained how I could manage strength-building along with my weight-loss goals.I followed her instructions from then, making slow, steady and visible progress. Even during these lockdown days, she always made it a point to check out my progress. 4 months into meeting Geetha, I can happily say that I'm well within reach of my weight-loss goal.
