I visited Dr.Durga for shoulder rehab. My injury demanded a surgery but due to a certain career related situation, I couldn't afford a long lay off from sports. So I wanted to try conservative treatment. Dr. Durga not just treated my issue with therapies, exercises and releases but also gave me a lot of confidence and belief that I will be able to hit the court soon. This mental aspect is really important because as an athlete, getting injured comes with a lot of uncertainty and despair and it is your physio whom you are going to be in touch more during this period of rehab and recovery. She was always available to guide me in my road to recovery and this whole experience with her has been great. I have recovered and going to my first practice session in a few hours from now, after 8 weeks, thanks to Dr.Durga.

P.S: I am not posting this review to benefit her but to benefit all the athletes out there. She is currently working at YOS Sports and with the wonderful facilities they have put up, is a great force together. Dr.Durga is a gem unearthed by YOS and is currently available to help athletes from all around the world. Thank you doctor, thank you YOS. My wings got clipped but you have made me fly again!

I am a Zumba instructor by profession and generally a fitness enthusiast. I met a knee injury in Nov 2019, due to overuse and less to no recovery time. The pain was so much that I had to stop my classes initially and after a while my daily activities, as simple as walking/sitting and getting up from a couch became painful. For 2 months things didn’t change at all.

I met Dr. Durga in Jan 2020 last week, when I had almost given up hope and thought I will never be able to get back to my normal life. But that mindset changed soon after a couple of sessions with Durga. Each session helped me move a step closer to my recovery. Even during lockdown our sessions kept happening online.

She is very knowledgable and an experienced Physiotherapist. She understands not just the physical but also the mental aspect of a recovering individual. Which I appreciated a lot. I m really grateful to Durga for helping me stand on my feet And Dance once again.
