Dr. Sumit Gupta is an experienced physiotherapist and knows what he does. I’ve been seeing him for a year and a half now for post-surgery physiotherapy after undergoing 3 different surgeries (Right shoulder labral tear, left shoulder MDI and left wrist ganglion cyst removal). He understands the importance of knowing each and every detail regarding the nature of injury and treats the patients accordingly.

I, like most people, was worried about the process of physiotherapy post-op and my fears came true when another physio (my initial physio who treated me for 5 months after the first surgery) at a highly reputed place. was careless at times and wasn’t paying much attention to my concerns. There wasn’t really any progress even after 5 months post-surgery in terms of building strength and achieving the normal range of movements. My Surgeon then suggested I meet Dr. Sumit and with his help I was able to achieve the range and also strengthen my shoulder within a month. Since then I’ve had 2 other surgeries (as mentioned before) and I knew I could trust him with my rehab. I’m in final stages of my rehab and am hoping to get back to sports as soon as possible.

disc requires 8-12 weeks and you need to be patience. There is no magic which can cure the pain very quickly. He instructed me to change the lifestyle. After following his advice and treatment, i have come back to normal life with no pain in my back. His main quality is that he listens very patiencly and do the methodical analysis and treatment of the problem. I recommend him if you want to avoid surgeorical treatment.
