Visited Dr. Sawant for my wifes back pain last month and found the experience to be a very pleasant one. Dr. Sawant explained the cause of the pain in details and laid out the treatment plan, also did not recommend any extra sessions beyond what was necessary.

The exercises were explained in details and instructions were easy to follow and upon following the same significant releif has been experienced. Will certainly recommend a consultation with Dr. Sawant for any lower back related problems.

She listened to my case history and diagnosed the root cause. After explaining it to me clearly, she taught me exercises to strengthen specific muscle groups so that the pain will not recur. She took it step by step and when I came to the next session she reviewed them to ensure that I was doing it the right way.

The treatment was very effective and the pain gradually went down over few sessions. The change is very evident. She also corrected my posture and taught me the right way to do various day-to-day activities.
