This problem I faced second time in the span of 6 months. Previously I visited different clinics, but no one was explained about the Root cause of the problem and preventive techniques.

To sum up, My entire left side of the body is stiff and painful. I went to a physiotherapist 5 years ago but, the relief was temporary. Recently (2 Weeks Ago) I searched for a Physiotherapy clinic near me and found about Dr. Shilpa (Dr. Shilpa Shekar C M) and consulted her.

I explained about the upper body issues I have, she listened to me patiently, understood my issue with my left side, and started working on the areas of pain I have. She told me that it would take 12 days of therapy to see the results and gave me a routine to follow for strengthening. But I'm writing this on 8th Consultation, my shoulder has improved a lot by 4th day itself. I don't feel any stiffness in my neck or trapezius muscle anymore. I was unable to rotate my left shoulder 2 weeks ago, now I can rotate it without any issues.
