Dr Sharanya is very understanding and thorough with nutrition. I approached her for weight loss and she has changed my approach towards healthy eating and nutrition. She understands my work situation , lifestyle and recommends nutrition plan accordingly. Also keeps it very simple and easy to organise food. I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes . I was too worried as it was a high risk pregnancy and it might affect the baby . I consulted Ms Sharanya for the diet guidance . She is an amazing dietitian. When I approached her , immediately she saw all my reports and gave me a detailed diet chart the next day after analysing my reports. I followed exactly the same she suggested and within a week I could see the sugar level starts decreasing . She understands very well what is required for her patient . i was diagnosed with Piles grade lll and had to go through surgery to get cured. i got admitted to the apollo spectra hospital in Koramangala bangalore, and post surgery nutrition chart was prepared by Ms Sharanya. she visited me right after the surgery in the post-ops room but I was asleep as i was heavily sedated with painkillers. so she called me later when I woke up and scheduled a visit early the very next day. she was very polite and understanding of the situation I was in hence she asked for my inputs as to what sort of a diet plan I would be able to stick to for the next couple of months. she immediately prepared a very appropriate diet chart with all of my allergies taken into consideration. she was of great help and very highly responsive to my requests.

I was suffering with GERD I met her and started diet what she suggested I followed now I able have normally with little changes. She is very good understandable and she will be available any time for doubts.
