I met a bike accident and fell down on right shoulder 2 months back .From then I was not able to lift my right hand fully. I underwent MRI at Fortis Bannerghatta and advised physio theraphy by Dr Narayan Hulse( As opposed to Surgery at Sakra!!) .

Dr.Shanti proved not only effective to me because she successfully and easily diagnosed my issue that I had been dealing with the past 5 years. I found her as a someone who is empathic and also proficient in pain and palliative cure. She also mentioned doctors from whom I should take additional consultation. Being the mother of a toddler the pain due to arthritis made me immobile that led to depression. Under her treatment and guidance, not only was I was able to reduce the number of painkillers that I used to survive on but also gradually reduce my joint pain and improve flexibility. I would like to suggest her clinic.

Doctor is an very good adviser, I visited because of my keen joint pains for physiotherapy recommend by orthopaedic surgeon from St Martha's hospital. But after discussing about my complete keen pain history she suggested to consult a **** *********** doctor(as per Dr shathi K referred) because of bone issues. She explained very well that physiotherapy will work only for muscles & joint connection pains. In my case like knee pain injury, heavy crack noise from past 8 years etc. for this I have to take treatment in high priority. So am looking to go head to consult orthopaedic surgeon as per Dr shanthi K referred.

I met with an accident 6 mnths back with severe Pelvis ,Leg, Shoulder injuries .i undergone for Surgery , later Dr suggested me for Physiotherapy . Then i searched for a good Physio clinic near to my place in Practo and i found first4physio. i went there and had a session .it was very good. She was teaching me all the excercises and alternative tricks to do without pain.and daily she will make sure that i did all the excercises at home. She is a very good in treating all the problems.
