Ms. Shanthi Karthik (Physiotherapist)

I met a bike accident and fell down on right shoulder 2 months back .From then I was not able to lift my right hand fully. I underwent MRI at Fortis Bannerghatta and advised physio theraphy by Dr Narayan Hulse( As opposed to Surgery at Sakra!!) .

I was asked by Doctor to find good Physio theraphy center near my home. When I was enquiring one of my close relatives suggested First4 Physio run by Dr Shanti.

When I first saw the place my impression was not so good but after I attended session I was impressed by her care and concern .

She is very dedicated, friendly and ensures that patient does the exercises properly. She suggests alternative ways to do same exercises at home. Every day she enquires about the pain and explains the purpose and importance of each exercise. My problem is not a trivial one and Doctor himself told it would take 2 months minimum.

So I would like to continue with First4Physio .

Dr.Shanti proved not only effective to me because she successfully and easily diagnosed my issue that I had been dealing with the past 5 years. I found her as a someone who is empathic and also proficient in pain and palliative cure. She also mentioned doctors from whom I should take additional consultation. Being the mother of a toddler the pain due to arthritis made me immobile that led to depression. Under her treatment and guidance, not only was I was able to reduce the number of painkillers that I used to survive on but also gradually reduce my joint pain and improve flexibility. I would like to suggest her clinic.

Doctor is an very good adviser, I visited because of my keen joint pains for physiotherapy recommend by orthopaedic surgeon from St Martha's hospital. But after discussing about my complete keen pain history she suggested to consult a **** *********** doctor(as per Dr shathi K referred) because of bone issues. She explained very well that physiotherapy will work only for muscles & joint connection pains. In my case like knee pain injury, heavy crack noise from past 8 years etc. for this I have to take treatment in high priority. So am looking to go head to consult orthopaedic surgeon as per Dr shanthi K referred.

I met with an accident 6 mnths back with severe Pelvis ,Leg, Shoulder injuries .i undergone for Surgery , later Dr suggested me for Physiotherapy . Then i searched for a good Physio clinic near to my place in Practo and i found first4physio. i went there and had a session .it was very good. She was teaching me all the excercises and alternative tricks to do without pain.and daily she will make sure that i did all the excercises at home. She is a very good in treating all the problems.

So i would like to recommend to all my friends about First4Physio.

She's got all the right spirits n excellency in treating her patients. She's quick in identifying the cause n nature of the injury n confidant in how to handle it .. I like the positivity she carries (i.e.,'Im my own Boss') n her approach towards her service (i.e., 'All is well') .. I visited her for consultation as I hurt my wrist when fell from bike .. thank god there's no major injury .. thank Shanti for all the clarity n confidence she gave which is need of the hour for me !! May God Bless her n her family for more better service to humanity !!

I took the Practo Feedback System , to choose the doctor. Now after my treatment is over. i must say, doctor was the good choice i made, Just in 3-4 days of treatment i felt very relieved from my paid, She is very friendly , hear patient in detail and give you only needed treatment and suggestion.

Dr. Shanthi is very professional, friendly and polite. She pays attention to details and listens carefully to patient, understand your problem, tells you exactly what happened to you and what needs to be done as apart of treatment. She also takes adaptable decisions while treatment which helps you recover soon. My daughter is suffering from femur bone fracture it's only 3 days of physio, but the results are good.

Dr. Shanthi is a very good *** ************* ******* She handles patient very carefully, she know what treatment to be give for a particular problem,

The clinic is nicely setup with the latest equipments and it's on the main road with good connectivity

She don't charge or advice unnecessary expenses

Charges are very reasonable and worthy.

The doctor was pleasant and listened to my complaints deligiently.she explained about the course of treatment and approximate number of seatings I had to undergo. I could find the difference in a few days itself. I feel way better now, she also gave few instructions ,how not to strain my back further.

Had been to this Doctor few months back with a chronic shoulder pain. Doctor treated with IFT for two days and my pain reduced marginally.

After this Doctor suggested needling technique therapy and within three days the pain reduced completely and there was a light feelin on my shoulder.

Doctor did explain the procedure in detail. The pain has not recurred since then. All the best.
