I met a bike accident and fell down on right shoulder 2 months back .From then I was not able to lift my right hand fully. I underwent MRI at Fortis Bannerghatta and advised physio theraphy by Dr Narayan Hulse( As opposed to Surgery at Sakra!!) .

I was asked by Doctor to find good Physio theraphy center near my home. When I was enquiring one of my close relatives suggested First4 Physio run by Dr Shanti.

When I first saw the place my impression was not so good but after I attended session I was impressed by her care and concern .

She is very dedicated, friendly and ensures that patient does the exercises properly. She suggests alternative ways to do same exercises at home. Every day she enquires about the pain and explains the purpose and importance of each exercise. My problem is not a trivial one and Doctor himself told it would take 2 months minimum.

So I would like to continue with First4Physio .

Being the mother of a toddler the pain due to arthritis made me immobile that led to depression. Under her treatment and guidance, not only was I was able to reduce the number of painkillers that I used to survive on but also gradually reduce my joint pain and improve flexibility. Then i searched for a good Physio clinic near to my place in Practo and i found first4physio. i went there and had a session .it was very good. She was teaching me all the excercises and alternative tricks to do without pain.and daily she will make sure that i did all the excercises at home. She is a very good in treating all the problems.

So i would like to recommend to all my friends about First4Physio.
