I am part of the Pilates fitness class conducted by Shanaz. I look forward to the class even if I am very tired from work. It reduces stress and keep my body very flexible, It is very relaxing as every class starts with cardio exercise or stretches and ends in breathing exercise. Doing it as a group and having a dedicated time for fitness helps me a lot. Shanaz's command over the class, from the way she delivers the cue to her attention, observation and correction of individuals posters is very commendable. more..
