Dr. Richa Singh

I have been regular with Dr. Richa. Due to the work culture and long seating hours by back and neck and always stiff. One session with Dr. Helps in relaxing a lot. I generally take a session ina month or two to keep my muscles and stiffness relaxed a lot.

Dr Supriya is lovely. She explained the issue very well. The sessions were helpful and she guided me along the way. I would recommend perfect bounce and Dr. Supriya.

Both Dr Sindhuri and Dr Supriya are excellent with their work. Their diagnosis, line of treatment and friendliness is unmatched. Thank you both for all the help and for your healing hands

I was down with a L5 -S1 Mild to moderate disc bulge on 6th Sept 2023. I reached out to an Ortho specialist and was given few pain killers and strictly told me to take bed rest for 5 days. 2 days were on but I didn't see any improvement. Having a Family function around in 10 days, I was getting restless because, I was not able to get onto my feet at least. My abdominal region was deformed to right, not able to even stand. Forget walking. Then I got to know about perfect bounce through a friend.
