My mom has been suffering from frozen shoulder for the past 3 -4 months. She was having an aching pain and unable to move her left shoulder freely. We went to Dr.Renu Sharma for physiotherapy and she taught some stretching exercises to regain mobility. My mom went to her for 12 sittings of physiotherapy and now my mom has,80-90% recovered from pain and able to move her hands better.
