The initial pain killers and muscle relaxant did ease out the pain but not for long. Then I got in touch with Dr. Priya Garg through reference, who explained in detail about the cause and the recovery plan through physiotherapy sessions. In about three weeks of sessions, which included various exercises, ultrasonic and TENS, I can confidently say that my shoulder pain and movement restriction has been cured by up to 95%.
