Have been going to her from the past 6 months, and I can comfortably say that she is the most dedicated and attentive psychologist I have ever met.
more..Had a great counseling session with her. She listens to the problems and gathers the background information before laying out the needed action plan. She is compassionate and not judgemental about issues. Speaking with her releases a lot of mental tension. She guided me regarding a well rounded approach towards daily life. Described how it helps to keep a routine and have very less void in each day where negative thoughts can sneak in.
Consulted for anxiety issues. She understood the problem well and suggested some simple exercises and steps to overcome the same, which were quite effective.
