Dr Prafulla is an empathetic human before being a great doctor. She listens patiently to all my stories, does not force me to become someone whom I am not comfortable with. Have been going to her from the past 6 months, and I can comfortably say that she is the most dedicated and attentive psychologist I have ever met.
I was battling with different psychological issues and she has slowly guided me to accept myself and improve in my own comfortable pace. Dr Prafulla, thank you so much for everything.
Had a great counseling session with her. She listens to the problems and gathers the background information before laying out the needed action plan. She is compassionate and not judgemental about issues. Speaking with her releases a lot of mental tension. She guided me regarding a well rounded approach towards daily life. Described how it helps to keep a routine and have very less void in each day where negative thoughts can sneak in.
Consulted for anxiety issues. She understood the problem well and suggested some simple exercises and steps to overcome the same, which were quite effective.
** ********* ************** ******* I would not suggest her to anyone who is going through a tough time. Does not stick to an appointment schedule and does not even Inform whether the appointment is on or not. Definitely do not recommend her.
I had lot of things which was going on....shared it with the doctor and she was able to explain the process and also how to over come it...
I had a very good session with her . She really made me understand why I was feeling what I was feeling. She is a good listener and tried to help me find a solution and have a positive outcome of the situation
