I had a comminuted fractured of the tibia a few months back and required muscle strengthening and pain reduction while walking.I had an in-clinic appointment with Dr. Pooja and she was extremely swift in diagnosing the extent of therapy required. The first couple of days were therapy to reduce the pain and then the next sessions were to strengthen the muscle and correct the posture. She is an extremely meticulous and dedicated professional, who knows her job and can be relied upon fully. After about 6 sessions of therapy, I am feeling about 200% better and my posture while walking has also improved. I would highly recommend Dr. Pooja ** * **** ******* *************** *** a brilliant professional.

I was facing back pain since fifteen days. First I went to one of orthopaedist. He given me some medicine for ten days. After ten days my pain didn't got reduced. Again I went to him and he advised to go for MRI. After seeing my MRI he told me that you have problem of slip disc and you should go for surgery. I felt very unconscious after hearing this. Then my friend suggest me to go for physiotherapist. I came here next day and trust me she explained me everything about my issue after hearing my problem. She told me that your problem is not severe, you need to take good amount of rest and physiotherapy for some days. I took leave from office for one week. After taking six session my pain got reduced by almost ninety percent. She also told me to do some exercises which is helping me a lot in order to recover.
