Visited For Anxiety Disorder Counselling
Besides the ease with which I could interact with Pallavi given her nature, I found her to be extremely instrumental in imparting insight and telling you what you need to hear.

I would highly recommend Pallavi to anyone with anxiety-related difficulties. In addition to her professionalism, she brings a high level of competency to the end to end treatment of anxiety.

She is a great listener and does an effective job at understanding an individual's problems and diagnosing the core issues that need to be dealt with. She distinguishes herself from other psychotherapy professionals by also being solution focused and tackling the solutions to one's core issues in a very systematic way, by breaking down the problem into its cognitive, emotional and physical components. The solutions that she offers are very practical and can be integrated into a patient's day to day life, and are customised dependant on the individual.

Ultimately, she provides her patients with lifelong tools they need to maintain emotional resilience and lead better lives, even beyond her sessions.

Dr. Pallavi is really good at what she does and extremely professional. As a person who sneered at therapists before, I was surprised by her keen insights and the behavioural changes I was seeing in my Dr. Pallavi is really good at what she does and extremely professional. As a person who sneered at therapists before, I was surprised by her keen insights and the behavioural changes I was seeing in myself with her counselling in every session. She proved me wrong on my first impression of her as someone who could be new to this profession with in just two sessions. She certainly does not look like she has years of experience under her belt but you will leave each session with a definite feeling that she is really good!

She is also a pleasant person with gentle disposition.
