Great experience as a first-timer !!! I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr Padam were all very friendly and helpful. I went there for anxiety disorder and some personal issues. I especially loved how Dr Padam really took her time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options for future sessions. She made me realise my fears and went to the root level to make me understand the triggers for my anxiety. The best part about Dr Padam is that she is such a nice person and very easy to talk to. I have seen a drastic change within a couple of sessions. The entire program for the treatment is very well orchestrated. Dr Padam's approach is very different and methodical. Special thanks to Tenzin for following up with the sessions every time for a hassle-free experience. Me and my partner consulted Dr. Padam for resolving frictions in our marriage. My partner used to have anger outbursts quite often and it used to trouble our happy family life.

Our communication used to break down after every episode and we were not able to fix these frictions or could understand each other better to have an amicable relationship.

We consulted Dr. Padam purely on the basis of her merit and qualification as checked online and she turned out to be highly experienced and qualified in addressing and solving these kind of issues.

She did a series of counselling sessions with both me and my partner and many of the sessions were one on one to respect privacy and better understand us as an individual.

These sessions helped us in addressing root causes of friction in our relationship and why each one of us were reacting the way we were and fix things wherever needed by both partners.

We also did some exciting exercises together which helped us understand each other better and increased our intimacy.

Suffering from anxiety among other issues of mental health. i am happy to have consulted Dr. Padam and after having completed about 7 weeks of contact, today i feel much more in control.
