Dr. Naveen Jayaram

Dr Jayaram is very different from others, yet very effective. I have undergone over 10 interactions with him before providing my feedback. he has a number of options apart from medication-like psychotherapy, hypnotherapy, audio visual therapy....one of these is bound to pay off for the patient. He is extremely flexible-he does not insist on medication and is very open to continuing with alternative therapies till the patient is ready. He is a fountain of knowledge and wisdom in his area and is constantly experimenting with new techniques to help his patients recover swifter. IN one sentence, I would describe him as a HOLISTIC HEALER par excellence. My recommendation to fellow patients-psychiatry is a tricky area, what works for one person might not work for another hence be prepared to experiment with a few medications and processes before hitting on one that is perfect for you !

He is basically a family member to me at this point. Extremely intelligent and knowledgable. Got treated for - <<Depression>> (Treatment-resistant kind, re-occuring, "Situational Depression" - where it depends on situations in life), <<ADHD>> (Lack of motivation side of ADHD and Lack of concentration for long periods side of ADHD). Flexible and understanding in terms of what is working for the patient - which is what psychiatry needs these days because this field is infamous for trial and error and not every one responds the same to meds, and our doctors need to be understanding, just like Naveen. I am lucky to have him as my doctor - he is pretty much a friend to me at this point. Much love.

He listens everything and gives enough time to patient to explain his/her problem. Then he suggests solutions to your problem.

** ** ***** ** ***** ******** *** ******** ****** ** ** ********** He cures the problem with simple tips and suggestions. By the time you come out of his cabin your 50% of disease will clear. Remaining you can solve yourself with the tips and suggestions he given.

I am consulted him for anxiety and depression disorder.

I clearly explained him what was my problem. And he understood what was my problem and suggested some tips and Pranayama to overcome it. I consulted many doctors but no one analyzed my problem like him. Other doctors suggested unnecessary medicines which infact increased my problem. Really I am very thankful to him. Thank you very much sir. Generally people with anxiety disorder don't get interest to do work or study any news paper or books or writing any but today I am writing such a big feedback with my interest and this is how I am now. I am getting better and better day by day. Because doctor only told me you can not come out this instantly. If you do practice with his tips definitely you will be completely out of it with in short time.

I don't get anxiety problems again and even if I get it or my problem worsen, not a problem i have a good doctor to clean it off. Don't waste your time and money on other commercial doctors. Please go and consult him. I will fully recommend this doctor. Thank you very much sir.

Excellent doctor....more than a doctor he treats you as a friend. He gives medicines for a short time and believes in cutting it down over a period of time. Which most of the doctors don't. I am very happy to have met him and he always will give you confidence that you are ok and it's all about controlling once mind. He is also reachable on phone as to whenever you have smallest of the query he replies to it quickly.

Overall people suffering from severe to mild anxiety I recommend plz visit him once and see the difference in you with his treatment.

I went to Dr.Naveen to get a second opinion about my mom's memory condition. He explained everything in detail and also reduced some of her medications which were making her dull and gave us an impression that she had already entered the stage of apathy. Thanks to him, after we stopped the medicine riswin, she is more cheerful.

Dr. Naveen is the **** doctor to consult for any mental health related issues. He understands his patients very nicely and he dont believe in giving unnecessary doses of Medicine. He imphasis to do pranayam along with medicine, i am consulting him from 2 years and he patiently handled me whenever i get anxiety attack. He is the blessing for patients like me. My mood improved a lot from the time i started consulting him. He supported me a lot during my pregnancy and he still do that. I really want to thank u from bottom of my heart.

Disappointing. This was my second visit. The first one lasted some 20 minutes in which he prescribed 3 meds. The follow - up lasted 20 mins in which he asked me to take one of the meds in the morning instead of the evening, and said that the psychiatrist job was to prescribe meds and they were too busy to talk to the patient for which I should go to a counsellor! Wish he had told me that in the first visit. Would have saved me time, money and a lot of irritation. Just got me more depressed. Not the expected outcome!
