Hello  Doctor,

Being underweight since childhood. Skinny. Not having better health. Digestive problems. Low digestion. Acidity and gas. Eating but not gaining muscles. Low Appetite. Low thirst. Low immunity. Feels weak. No strength as skinny. It's harassing me mentally. Clothes don't get fit. Watch is hanging at wrist. Facing problems socially. ..As I am living in hostel not possible getting good food nowadays which creates more health problems. Will I be able to look good ever in life?.. Should I try Endura Mass or other?...or homeopathy or Ayurbedic ?

Need to lose post delivery weight faster and healthy way. I am a working women and unable to find time after work and home managing 2 children. Hence would like to seek advice on how to lose weight. Do not want to starve myself.

Doctor,
I joined Fitness Centre in Dec-16 ,in the beginning i was regular with 5-6 days weekly  later it became 3-4 days. in between i took Off in Feb and Mar. Now again I am started  going fitness centre weekly 3-4 days. Doing Cardio Workout daily , i am not interested in strength workout.. Is it okay .. I have to cut down my  weights by 10 Kgs.. I am a non vegetarian, Weekly 4-5 meals. Please advise me..  Thanks in advance ..

Yes with cardio you will lose weight but strength training will help build muscle.

My height is 6ft. But my weight is 55kgs. As per bms it is very much underweight. Will you please help me to gain weight??? I eat like normal people. 6-7 roties daily on dinner. Rice of 150gms on lunch. Please help me
