Came here for my mom who HAD a intense lower back pain and foot pain. Major difference in just a single day that surprised my 75 year old mom who's an ex-nurse too. The treatment was super affordable, and doc is spectacular. Apart from the great humor sense which makes patients laugh even when in pain, he is a stickler to time, respects patients a lot- has never kept us waiting no matter how early or busy he is. Special mention for Jyotsna who was so sweet to talk to, caring through all the sessions. We feel like coming here even after the session is complete today..

Apart from the treatment, the doctor’s simple words, exercises & suggestions to avoid further deterioration of the problem are very good.

ONE more aspect at the clinic is the TIME VALUE. The doctor is very particular of PUNCTUALITY, which is appreciable & laudable

I started having severe lower back pain and not really knowing where to go on a friend's suggestion i searched for physiotherapist near me. Since i had some work near jayanagar and i found this clinic also in the path of my work i picked it and walked in. Dr Mahesh, seeing my pain and it being on and off for few months, suggested to take MRI first. Seeing the MRI, he suggested nothing to worry it's very curable but will take some time.

Over the period of 5 sessions he has cured my lower back pain. And also suggested few exercises to strengthen the back muscles.

It was a pleasant experience. The place is clean and calm.

He clearly explained about the problem what I am facing and suggested for IFT with manual treatment... My pain was reduced 50 percent in a week and almost 90 percent at the end of treatment... I took 15 days therapay without gap, it works. Mahesh Sir and Jyothsna both are very friendly and make us feel comfortable, they take day to day updates about the improvement.. They thought some muscle relax excerice which really helps in releiving muscle stress...

Dr. Mahesh was very patient in understanding the problem and was able to provide information accordingly. In my first experience with him I felt very calm and positive about addressing my back pain. I would surely recommend him to people.

I was diagnosed with L4-L5 disc compression which resulted me in intense back pain radiating towards leg. It was hard for me to sit or stand for a long time . Then I came across Ishas Physiotherapy in the top list with good ratings and reviews in the google page. Doctor Mahesh explained the issuue very clearly and told to do 15 day therapy which i can tell the difference from when it started to now the pain has significantly reduced and i was given some exercises to do at home aswell. I was suffering from stiff back pain and knee pain, I came across Ishas Physiotherapy and Spine care clinic and book appointment to consult with Dr.Mahesh. I informed about the pain I’m going through. He asked me to get an X-ray, exaimed me and explained me about the root cause of the back pain and suggested 8 therapy sessions. After few session I noticed a significant improvement & my back was more flexible. Now after the 8 session of therapy and with simple exercise I’ve recovered quickly from my back and knee pain.
