I had my leg fractured in early 2023. Being an IT professional, I had to work long hours and due to the fracture, I also had to keep the leg in a raised position. It took two months to recover from the fracture, but in this period, it caused lot of strain/stress on my glut muscles due to sitting in a specific position.
