I was in self doubt ,criticizing myself all day and night ,overthinking about petty things and i became very silent. My friends tried to cheer me up but they failed. I read many self help books for my betterment but they had totally opposite effect on me as i focused more on my flaws after reading those as they became more prominent. I was unable to help myself and i knew that i have to take somebody's help. I had been to 3 doctors,and i felt that i was not understood by anybody and they were just insisting on drugs and medications without really knowing about me. So then i met Mam and without commenting on anything ,she first heard me very patiently. When i narrated few incidents to her ,she could see through my words and pin point the exact nature of my problems.Instantly i was able to connect with her and hence i believed that she will guide me through all this darkness towards the track that is right for me and from which i had derailed. I followed as she had suggested . Within a week ,i transformed and could feel the difference . I could not relate to the person that i was before meeting her. My perceptions have changed immensely. Now i dont stop myself before speaking ,my voice is louder ,i feel much confident and there is a certain drive in me to excel in any thing that i do and i am giving my 100 percent to any small as well as big tasks . Mam has tremendous experience in her field and it is quite evident since the moment you meet her.I am very grateful.
