It's been one month since I started doing yoga in MRRNulife.my main intension was to reduce my weight in a healthy way.initially i found it difficult to do some streaches n asanas.later Dr.Ganga(my trainer)who helped me through in understanding the tricks.now I'm doing better n lost 3 kgs in a month.im thankful to Dr.ganga for motivating me everyday n who has given me the diet plan to keep myself healthy. I increased my flexibility by doing asanas. Overall, it helped me to improve my standard of living.started taking acupuncture treatment from 3 days under dr.ganga ,hope that will help me to hv healthy lifestyle.finally,i must thank MRRNulife for providing friendly doctor n clean environment for practicing yoga.
