I have been suffering from PCOD from past 8yrs. I went to several doctors to get treated but none of them worked for me. My condition got worsened day by day. That's when I came across Akhilasoukhya. The diet which they prescribed helped me a lot. I got my periods naturally within 3 weeks of following their diet and workout routine. Thanks to Dr.Bini for helping me out.
