Booked appointment for Jan.03 evening 7PM through Practo, gave right contact details and got the confirmation SMS too. Went there at the specified time to only find that clinic locked and all lights out. Wouldn't haven't made this arduous journey in bike with neck pain already (for which I was supposed to get the treatment) to find them having a locked out clinic despite booking the appointment earlier. They could have had the courtesy to call my mobile and let me know if they are not going to be there. Sheer wastage of my time and added more pain to me in the whole process!
