I visited Dr Arun Raval regarding my bad lower back issues (L4-L5 compressed disc), for which I was advised to undergo surgery at the earliest for decompression and fusion (L4-S1). As my son strongly insisted to consult Dr Arun, I visited him with all my medical reports including latest MRI. Doctor Arun is soft spoken, experienced, listens without rushing you up and kind enough with lot of patience. He explained very clearly after physically examining and also studying my MRI films, that the condition of my back is not that serious to go under knife, stiffness of my back is the cause for nerve to give me symptoms such as tingling, numbness with pain in calf muscle which have restricted my routine activities. He taught me a couple of exercises in addition to what I have been doing to reduce the stiffness of my back and told me to revisit him after a week. It was of a great relief to me visiting the doctor. I was really keeping my fingers crossed and very much worried/stressed out after I was advised surgery. I am sure that the painful symptoms would be reduced definitely with a proper and regular exercise as per his guidance. I really owe a lot to this kind hearted, sensible young doctor who is giving invaluable, sincere and noble services to the ailing patients. YOS clinic is kept very clean and neat with a pin drop silence and very good ambience as the staff are courteous. Receptionist is polite, well behaved. Even a superb hot Coffee was served within a minimal waiting time of couple of minutes, which I enjoyed the most. Really it's worth commuting a long distance and consulting Dr. Arun Kumar Raval. In fact, the pleasing personality of Dr. Rawal would heal up a patient. A very enthusiastic approach of him insists a patient to believe that he/ or she would get cured. The effect of his advice is yet to obtain in my case and it would be too early to comment.

But Dr Rawal has passed a belief that the joint effort of Dr. Sarath and him would take me to a "relieved zone" and clear me out of my physical problems.

Gaining faith of a patient is a great achievement, I think.

Total empathetic encouragement along with the appropriate exercise and being available for the silliest queries on WhatsApp distinguishes Dr. Arun from many others in his field.
