I started off my journey with Anupama in January (2023) with anomalies in my thyroid function, pre-diabetic condition and a weight of 56.6 Kgs (heavy for my petite stature). I was highly concerned about the nutritional deficiencies that had come up in my blood tests.

The program started with a detailed evaluation by the doc in form of blood tests and filling out forms. After which a diet suited to your ethnicity is constructed. If you are from north, your diet will be suited to your regular meal patterns, which is what I really liked. There weren't many new fancy introductions unlike elsewhere. The diet is easy to prepare, sustainable and can be continued easily even during travel period.

Me being a lousy eater, eating frequently was a bit hard, however once I got a grip over the quantity and timings, I really started to feel lighter, energetic. My morning hunger pangs disappeared. I did not feel the need to eat outside the prescribed quantity and time.

The weight loss was gradual and hormonal anomalies seem to have rectified within 3 months. I was also on supplements for thyroid & diabetes (as prescribed by my endocrinologist). Diet coupled with supplements and regular exercising have put me back in pink of health.

As of today (April 2023) I have lost 5.7 kgs and gathering compliments from my friends & family. All thanks to Anupama!
