*** ** *** **** ********. Post delivery,I had such severe back pain and pain in my palms that I thought,I would never get rid off. I had put on lot of weight as well. So ,i thought it was impossible. I consulted Aninditha and shre suggested me,very very few simple exercises to start with. The exercises turned out to be a miracle.My pain reduced just in a day. She also told me not to get too concious about my overvweight and jump into the process etc.,which made me mentslly feel a lot better. She asked me to go slow and I believe thats how it should. Being very thorough in her practice she is also very communicative and friendly and one can ask her any doubts and questions, i.e in case she has not already covered them!
