I visited Dr.Pooja Pandey for a consultation post pregnancy. I had back pain issues and started getting pain around the navel. On the day of the visit, Dilpreet assessed my condition and explained that I have a diastis recti and umbilical hernia. She also explained the couse of treatment and what excercise to do and what not to do. After the treatment of 16 days, I could see visible difference in my abdomen. My back pain started reducing and now after 1 month of excercise my back pain is no more.

Insta page, you tube channel , practo and Google reviews I was very much confident n had decided to meet Dr.pooja in clinic visit.
After consulting Dr.pooja I came to know I have umbilical hernia too with DR 7 fingers vertically n 5 fingers horizontally. As I heard hernia I started crying then n there due to fear of another surgery after 2 c section deliveries but Pooja Mam gave me that confidence after knowing the size of hernia which was 11mm that I won't let u undergo any sort of surgery...just follow my instructions n have faith in our process of treatment .
My treatment was started under the supervision of DR .DILPREET n from the very 1st day of my treatment I started feeling better n confident. My stomach which I used to feel was going left,right,ahead n below (actually very wiered ...not knowing what has happened to my body)started toning from 1st day itself n becoming firm day by day.
On 7th day itself my DR was gone to my surprise which earlier I thought would take months , my hernia size also started reducing.
Many Many thanks to DR DILPREET(no matter how much i say would be less for her)...Dr dilpreet is just magical . She is very professional, patient n makes her patient feel comfortable. She has some magic in her hands🫠😊. Every passing day I became more confident. Throughout my treatment I was very comfortable n all the doctors here are very cooperative.
