She helped me untie many small knots as we called it before hitting straight onto the bigger issues. Made me feel heard, and helped in increasing self worth. She tried various ways of therapy and checked what worked best for me. Never did I even once felt that she wasn’t paying attention or was in a rush. All appointments started and ended on time and each one was fruitful. She seems far more experienced and knows her job well!
