I had approached Dr. Mitra because of a loss of clarity about myself and my life. She guided me every week through all my thoughts and helped me gain a better understanding of how my mind works. She has definitely helped giving me a clearer perspective. She has the ability to listen through all the chaos and precisely explain what, where when and how to find a solution. I would definitely recommend her.

I am still in progress with my counseling with Ms Mitra. But so far she had heard me out patiently and tried to help me identify the errors I did or been doing in dealing with things. I have more things to fix but I have assurance that to some extent post my sessions I will be able to feel better. I would recommend her to my folks anyday.

Very kind and understanding. She has great listening skills. A person with anxiety disorders or stress only needs a person to listen to them and she is the best at it. Apart from that, she provides excellent step by step way to combat the situation and problems.

I was offered 5 pack session which I booked. She took two sessions and in another session itself I had to repeat the whole issue. She hardly takes note or keep a tab of what you're saying. She pays no attention to what you're addressing. I found her saying very very generic things rather than discussing anything.
So, after few sessions you will feel like you're making a futile attempt to visit her and plus she gives same homework to everyone to note your own reactions during your overthinking time
Worst part. She is available only during office hours and that too upto 5:45pm.****** ** ****** ***** *** ******* **** ****** *** ****** ******* Fees is 1200 and if you take in bulk it would be 900. Nothing is worth.
Plus she won't allow you to meet before 7-15days gap at all. Even though nothing has been discussed

I went there for my spouse counselling. though the problem is yet to solve , I really like the way she listen to the problem and tried her best for him to came out of the issue. She is very friendly and interactive. I recommend her to visit for stress management and depression

*** ***** ** ** ********* *********** I was very sceptical about attending therapy in general and assumed I could handle things on my own and didn't need someone else's help. I checked other patients feedback of Dr. Mitra and she was every bit as good as I wished she would be. She paid attention to my issues, isolated the exact problem areas, and articulated my inner fears better than I was able to.
As someone else already pointed out, definitely a great Doctor in the making!

Debdattya is a very friendly and understanding psychologist who has really helped me with my issues. She helped me realise what I need to do to improve myself. She is not at all judgemental and a great listener. Debdattya can definitely help you have an understanding of your issues.

It took a lot of courage for me to actual take up this therapy session.Though I was uncertain where exactly my problem lies,Ms. Debdattya Mitra had the patience to listen.The most important part was that she made me feel comfortable and always gave the space to agree or disagree over the suggestions which was put upfront. She also mentioned that it takes time and eventually you will achieve it in the upcoming days. She's very observant and gives you certain keyaways which will make you realise and work on it.

Recommended. This is more of exploring yourself consciously and converting negative thoughts to positive thoughts; rewiring the circuit inside for a positive outlook in life.
Please have patience, belief and work with a 90/10 rule. Doctor puts you on a right track with guidance; you should be able to put in 90% efforts to implement it to see results. It can potentially change your life.
It is also essential for anyone visiting here to have open mindset and be very sure we are the creators of our own misery, situations and no one else is to be blamed for my problems.

When I came for my first appointment, I was a mess and had no clue how to start. Also, I’d been slightly skeptical about these sessions helping me. However, Mitra had been extremely friendly and put me at ease from the very first minute. I spoke without inhibitions about things i didn’t even think was troubling me. Even before the sessions finished,I began witnessing changes in me. Right from ability to objectively assess how I feel without having panic attacks to talking about past traumatic experiences, I could handle situations better and continue to do so. I totally recommend Mitra, who is more like that nonjudgmental friend we all want who’d not just listen but also help you come out with solutions yourself.
