I have been visiting Dr Charul for the last few months now. I went to her because I have a lot to heal mentally and emotionally. She is very empathetic, a good listener and above all very helpful. Ms. Charul has been very helpful. I've had 3 sessions with her until now and she has allowed me to think about my problematic thoughts in new ways that will help me manage them. She has also given me a set of practices to follow in order to help me manage them.
more..It never feels like you are undergoing a treatment. I always look forward to the appointments than avoid them. Feeling better than before after doing her sessions. Shows inerest in listening to my problems before suggesting any remedy or cure. The online sessions are as effective as the face to face ones.
