She completed her M.Phil and PhD from National Institute of Mental Health and Neuro Sciences (NIMHANS). Athulya has experience working with clients and families of all ages and from different backgrounds for both psychological assessments as well as for psychological therapy. She has knowledge of principles and practices of the different psychological assessments like psycho-diagnostics, personality assessment, interpersonal assessments, cognitive examinations and neuro-psychological assessments. She is also proficient in providing various types of therapies such as cognitive-behaviour therapy, individual therapy, marital therapy, sex therapy and so on. Her capacity to offer holistic treatments which is tailor made catering to the requirements of the clients is her strength. Her expertise on working with a variety of psychological illnesses such as depression, anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorders, schizophrenia and eating disorders, act as a testament to her distinctive caliber.
