Dr.Ashwathy listen to my issues and explained the problem and its causes with no hurry. Dr.Ashwathy provided a diet chart, and recommend me to join yoga.

It helped a lot, the digestive issue didn't reappear since i start following the diet chart, and Yoga.

One of my friend suggested me Prana and Dr.Ashwathi .I went there to join her yoga classes.She sat with me for a detailed consultation,gave a diet chart and suggested me to do acupuncture also.As i am quiet scared of needles ,syringes and totally new to that treatment was skeptical about the treatment. she explained about the treatment and how its going to be helpfull for me.I started with my yoga sessions n hav done 10 sittings of needle treatment.I can already see the change.My sneezing trouble has come down and so is my digestive issues .Sleep is also getting better.I hav one more course of acupuncture to do next month...am happy with the result
